ROBERT BISHOP Managing Director
Robert started his career as a trainee Quantity Surveyor and studied alongside to obtain his Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Quantity Surveying. Robert also undertook the roles of Project Manager and Bank Monitoring Surveyor where he worked with various sized property developers on an array of residential developments. Robert was required to appraise development progress against project programme and cashflow before certifying funding drawdowns on behalf of lenders.
Future career moves for Robert found him with a company that sourced investment property. It was here Robert gained experience identifying, acquiring and appraising investment opportunities on behalf of private investors.
In 2015, Robert launched In Property Ltd to combine his acquired career experience to identify and obtain off market development opportunities for his own expanding property portfolio, for selected joint venture partners and on behalf of clients on a consultancy basis.
STEFAN SPICER Head of Land
Stefan joined In Property as ‘Head of Land’ in 2023 and in 2024 launched ‘In Property Land and New Homes LLP’ with Robert to fully focus on, sourcing of off-market consented development opportunities under the role of ‘Buyers Agent’.
Having previously worked for PLC national house builders, most recently as Head of Land at Telford Homes, Stefan has extensive experience in appraising and acquiring development opportunities requiring thorough due diligence and in depth appraisal. With these skill sets truly grasped, it means Stefan is able to swiftly appraise sites and confirm their deliverability and profitability on behalf of his vast network of clients.
